The Energy High Performance Computing Conference is committed to the health and well-being of our conference attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff. Masks are required indoors at all times (except when actively eating or drinking), and there will be an outdoor open sided tent with seating to allow eating/drinking to occur outside with continuous airflow.

We are implementing procedures and protocols in all areas of the conference in compliance with Rice University COVID policies. Let’s all work together to keep each other healthy.

There is no vaccination or pre-conference test requirement; you do not have to show your vaccine card or get tested in advance to attend this conference. We do request if you are feeling ill, to please stay home.
