We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting poster proposals for consideration to the 15th annual Energy High Performance Computing Conference at Rice University by the Ken Kennedy Institute. The poster session is currently scheduled to take place from 4:15 – 5:30 PM on Wednesday, March 2 in person at the BRC.

The conference is the premier meeting place for the energy industry to engage in conversations about challenges and opportunities in high performance computing, computational science and engineering, machine learning, and data science. Attended by leaders and experts from the energy industry, academia, national labs, and IT industry, this poster session is a unique networking opportunity for students.

Poster submissions are open to students and postdocs from all universities. While relevance to industry is a consideration, it should be interpreted very broadly. Keep in mind that the energy industry, IT industry, academia, and national laboratories participate in this conference.

Submissions should include: title of poster, 1-2 paragraph abstract, and authors with affiliations. Visit energyhpc.rice.edu to submit your poster proposal.

Printed poster cannot be larger than 48” by 48” (this is an absolute requirement). Great PowerPoint poster templates can be found here.

Deadlines: Your poster title, abstract, and authors must be submitted for consideration no later than February 15 by end of day.

Complimentary Registration: The complimentary registration code will be provided to student and postdoc presenters once your poster has been accepted.
